You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and the content you capture (screenshots, videos, comments). You must obtain all necessary permissions before capturing data from third-party websites.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, interfere with its performance, or attempt unauthorized access. Circumventing trial limits or billing mechanisms is strictly prohibited.

6. Project and Bug Data Ownership

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the bug reports and content you create.

License to Us: You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including software, extensions, and branding, is the exclusive property of Snapture and its licensors.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with platforms like Jira and Asana. Your use of these is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for their performance.

9. Subscription and Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for paid plans. Trials may be limited or terminated if abuse is detected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
